Tri-Modal Thinking:
Conceptual, Analytical, Social
(Emergenetics Model)

I empathize with other ways of thinking. I can understand nearly anyone. I am often a catalyst and facilitator in a group and help promote understanding among the team members.

I have a preference for Conceptual thinking suggesting theoretical, unusual, and visionary thought processes. I use Analytical thinking to translate my ideas into terms everyone understands.

A leader, I value theoretical thinking, am generally easy going, and like to keep everyone informed. I’m not afraid to ask tough questions. I forge strong alliances, and excel at teambuilding and mentoring.
